Meet Brandon Vero, a dedicated fitness coach. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, coach Brandon has honed their expertise in injury prevention, boxing, and athletic performance. As a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness, he believes that a strong foundation in injury prevention is crucial for achieving long-term fitness goals.
Drawing on their previous experience as a physical therapist aide and stretch specialist, coach Brandon brings a unique perspective to their coaching. Their understanding of rehabilitation techniques allows them to provide tailored training programs that address specific needs and help prevent injuries.

Felix Morel is the founder of Morelife Fitness and a dedicated coach with over a decade of experience helping others grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Born and raised in New York City, Felix discovered early on that fitness could be a powerful tool not just for health, but for personal growth and discipline.
As a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Felix has worked with clients ranging from beginner boxing students to busy professionals on long-term wellness journeys. He also holds advanced nutrition coaching credentials through Precision Nutrition (Levels 1 and 2), allowing him to guide both movement and lifestyle habits.
Felix brings a calm, structured presence to every program he leads. He has experience working with middle school students through the Boys’ Club of New York and Asphalt Green’s Recess Enhancement Program, where he coached and facilitated games that built teamwork and confidence. His passion for youth wellness extends to teaching respect, resilience, and real-world self-defense skills—mentorship that helps young people thrive in school, relationships, and life.
